  • What types of medical and dental professionals do you recruit?

    Our primary focus is GP’s, Dentists, Hospital Doctors and Psychiatrists.

  • How do we work & communicate?

    We work online, remotely and not from a central office. We use online tools to make our magic happen.


    Communication will initially be via email or phone.  Whilst working with us we may communicate using any number of channels e.g. phone, Hangouts, Slack, or even Whatsapp. Whatever works for you.

  • Can we meet in person?

    Rarely do we meet clients face to face. We work 100% online and this allows us to keep costs down (ultimately for you).


    It’s not that we’re against meeting in person.  It’s just that we’re spread all over Australia with some overseas agents.


    We don’t do big sales meetings, presentations and all that. Not our style. If you need face to face contact you will need to shop around.

  • How much do you charge?

    Our consulting fee is set at 15% of total annual compensation package.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment including bank/wire transfer, Paypal and credit/debit cards.


    Invoices are sent with 14 day payment terms.

  • Do you have a guarantee?

    We offer a 90-day guarantee period for our permanent recruitment services, as long as all payment terms have been fulfilled. 


    If the appointee leaves the position voluntarily or does not pass your standard probationary procedures, we will replace them once with no additional consulting fees charged. 


    This guarantee does not apply if the appointee was made redundant

  • How do you screen candidates?

    We have a rigorous screening process that includes a thorough review of each candidate's qualifications and experience. 

  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    Typically 2-8 weeks for local candidates and anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months for internationals.
